The relationship that is formed between employer and employee is a funny old thing. All too often, it can be an absolute nightmare dealing with your superiors. On the other hand, you can occasionally get lucky with a supervisor who you know you will remember fondly long after you leave your role. 

By the very nature of having or being a manager, you are never fully going to get away from inherent power imbalance. However, that doesn’t mean that as an employee, you can’t have fun with it now and then (in the most safe for work way possible). 

This seems to be the logic of @millyypye, who has attempted to inject some fun into her work meetings by drawing ridiculous things on the whiteboard. Her manager has decided to allow a compromise for this behavior, designating her a small box in the corner in which to do them. After sharing this injustice to TikTok, people were full of ideas of how to get around it. It’s definitely one way of brightening up the average workday.
