Car Salesman Humiliates Lazy Manager by Simply Following His Orders

Sometimes all you have to do to expose a terrible manager’s incompetence and laziness is follow their orders to a T. Don’t try and correct them—you won’t be doing yourself any favors, especially if you’ve got one of those arrogantly incorrect bosses. Resist the urge to generously interpret what they command into some semblance of a rational request. Instead, do exactly what they say. It’s called malicious compliance, and once you try it, you’ll never look back.

u/OwnTomato7 took the opportunity to expertly execute some malicious compliance when their insufferable manager slacked off all day and then tried to pawn off his incomplete work on OP, who wasn’t even authorized to handle the business owner’s paperwork. The manager rudely demanded that OP ‘send the f–king paperwork out,’ and so that’s exactly what OP did. Unbeknownst to the manager, OP didn’t bother completing the paperwork—they sent it out as is.
