Would you snitch on a coworker just to get back at them?

We don’t always want to start drama in our place of work… unless you’re that kind of person. Maybe you can’t help but be a little bit messy, and that’s your truth. You thrive on the sense of drama, and you want to wade knee-deep into those waters. When people get on your nerves, you will call them out for it. You may make some enemies along the way, but you can go forward satisfied in your choices. This might be the nuclear option, though, when it comes to dealing with your coworkers. Maybe you have that colleague that you just can’t stand. It’s not your fault. It’s not their fault. You just can’t agree on anything, and you don’t work well together. Maybe you feel like you can’t do anything about it. You’ll just be at a standstill until one of you quits. That is, unless you start to engage in a little petty revenge. I’m not recommending that you do. It will ultimately do more harm than good in the course of your working life. But if you’re going to do it, you’d better have the decency to put the story online for everyone to see and enjoy. It’s your duty as an internet user.
