Would you go on vacation with your coworker?

Everyone has a different relationship with their coworker. Maybe you happen to be besties with the people you work with. If this is the case, it likely happened outside of work. You spent time together outside of the time you were being paid, and that brought you closer together. It’s hard, if not impossible, to become dear friends with someone just inside the confines of your workplace. You also definitely do not have to be friends with your coworkers. It can help, but it is not a requirement. You certainly don’t have to go on vacation with them, just because they asked you to.
