In our modern age, there are very few food items that you can’t get at the drop of a hat. If you want a bucket of crispy KFC fried chicken delivered directly to your door, you can get it if you’re willing to pay the price. We live in a culture of instant gratification; for the most part, there aren’t many problems with doing things super last minute. 

There are a couple of food items you can’t order the day of and expect to get immediately; custom cakes are one of them. Baking, icing, and decorating cakes are time-consuming, and bakers are constantly making orders that were placed months in advance. 

One baker recently went viral for a TikTok where she went off on an entitled customer. The customer called her at 9:30 PM, demanding that she make her a cake for 120 people by tomorrow. Unfortunately, she was anything but joking, and the infuriating customer service conversation devolved quickly.
