Usually when you think of GOP politicians in drag, the first thing that comes to mind is a resurfaced photo from the 70’s from an out-of-context costume party turned into political warfare to get a candidate blacklisted from the Republican party. You’re probably not imagining any sort of GOOD drag either. Know the difference sweetie– there’s cross dressing and then there’s drag… and they’re not called queens for no reason. Drag queens are performance royalty and take glam and style to the next level, which is why these sparkling sisters are almost never associated with the Republican party. One artist, @rupublicans (yes, we LOLed at that too), put an AI machine to the test and created the most fabulous renditions the world has ever seen– GOP headliners all glammed up and sporting audacious drag queen garb. Just when you thought you could live your life peacefully without ever seeing Mike Pence in a hot pink skirt and a feather boa, think again.
