Well, the day that we’ve been waiting for is almost here. Only three sleeps until the most important date on the spooky calendar, although many of us will be celebrating this weekend, too. I’m meant to be going out with friends tonight, and I can’t wait. 

I must confess that I’m semi-recycling a costume that I first wore several years ago. While I am full of admiration for the many dedicated people who go all in when they dress up for the holiday, I am a notorious grinch when it comes to wearing costumes myself. It’s just not my vibe!

That being said, I still enjoy pretty much everything else about the season. Who would have guessed that everything ghoulish and scary could bring joy to so many? The many memes that they inspire only underline this message. It’s a time for us to let loose, Halloween-style. Let’s enjoy it.
