The tech team of a company had finally reached their wit’s end after constantly being bombarded with computer questions that simply took the most basic comprehension. It truly had them wondering why half of these employees, hired to use a computer, had no idea how to actually use one. It felt like they were being taken advantage of. They constantly tried to implement their own steps in order to keep the staff reaching out to them from being lazy and dependent on them for everything, but it simply was not working. So, they finally took their most desperate step: The contacted HR. 

Luckily, this HR had IT’s back. No employee should mess with the IT in a company. They could truly cause everything to come crashing down if they wanted to. So this HR teamed up with IT and created a mandatory quiz that all new hires had to take upon being hired and old employees need to take AND pass with at least a 90% within six weeks. There were a sew stubborn employees trying to resist it, but eventually, they all had to take the quiz. It helped tremendously and now IT only gets request for actual problems.
