I worked in a fancy pizza place all throughout college and that place not only gave me lifelong nightmares, it also gave me lifelong friends and taught me helpful life lessons. So, it’s a weird thing, the service industry, amiright?? Usually, online, you only see stories of people in the service industry ranting about a horrible shift where they had a Karen customer or their manager was completely useless. We’re all too familiar with those. But one server recently shared a story about a great night they had, and it is a refreshing read.
