Professional Instagrammers have often been known to risk their lives (or their dignity) for the sake of a viral moment. And as we continue to learn, influencers are no match for the endless whirl of mother nature. Try as we might to tame the elements in service of a hot pic, nature almost always wins. There’s a twisted sense of pleasure some of us get from watching these fails, because there’s nothing more embarrassing than trying to serve but being foiled. To watch someone try and fail is the epitome of comedy.
