Job Interviewee Trolls AI Job Interviewer By Speaking in Gibberish The Entire Interview, Enraging The AI HR Woman

This robot gets really mean really quickly

How you feel about AI is likely influenced by how it has affected your career over the past four years. If you and your coworkers have lost your jobs because your company thinks that AI can do it for you, then I wouldn’t blame you for resenting the rise of artificial intelligence. If your boss wants you to use AI in your coding and doesn’t care if it is less effective than doing it yourself, I understand why you’d consider leaving the tech industry permanently. While a lot of the doom and gloom about AI replacing all of our careers imminently has dispersed, the bubble still has yet to burst, and you can see the rise of AI in basically all sectors of the job market.

One industry people have feared AI taking over is recruiting. After all, conducting a job interview is pretty easy: any robot can ask somebody a couple of questions, right? Although some companies might see this as a great cost-cutting measure, I’m not 100% sure about how it will make future employees feel about the company they’re interviewing for. It sends the message that the company will replace employees with AI as soon as that option is available. It also makes them seem like a corporate shell instead of a company run by and for human beings.

Maybe companies don’t care about coming off like that to applicants. After all, we’re not in a place in the economy right now where many job seekers can be choosy about which company they work for. But if an applicant doesn’t care much about the job interview, they can afford to reject a company that uses AI recruiters.

The dude in this story trolled an AI recruiter by speaking in gibberish after she asked him a question. She then proceeded to insult him in a barrage that must be heard to be believed.
