It’s just been really… really out there lately, hasn’t it? It’s time to put on your comedy show for your therapist (aka have therapy). Mental health is very important. You have to be able to take it very seriously. That being said, don’t be too serious. It’s also important to have lots of laughter in your life, including laughing at the traumatic parts of it. That’s why memes are great! It’s not only a funny commentary on something that might not feel so funny in the moment, but it also lets you know that you are not alone in this feeling.
