Are you rooting for the Knicks?

Because us New Yorkers are. And with last night’s historical comeback, the Knicks are filling the hearts of New Yorkers with so much hope and joy that the city feels ecstatic. Believe me, I’m one of those New Yorkers feeling it! I’ve been a very passive sports fan in general. I root for my city, but I always just hope everyone is having fun. But for some reason… LET’S GO KNIIIIIIIICKS!! Oh man, it is so exciting that it is infectious. I’m not the only one; other New Yorkers agree. For a city of people proud about minding their own business, we are now saying hello to each other on the sidewalks and using turn signals in the streets. That might sound normal for any suburban or country folk, but in a city where your personal bubble is the only personal space you get, this is wild behavior. The Knicks are doing something that I have never seen in my entire life in NYC.
