In these days where all declarations of love are engineered into being a social media spectacle, it’s kind of hard to do something original at a wedding. Most of the strangest or most ‘quirky’ ideas have already been taken by some dedicated bridezilla somewhere. 

Also, most of them don’t wind up being much fun for anyone involved. One of the exceptions to the rule? If you happen to have an amenable pet llama who is ready to don a suit in the name of hilarious wedding pictures. 

An ingenious couple and their wedding party have delighted Twitter by doing exactly this, giving the llama the prestigious honor of being one of their groomsmen. It goes without saying that it’s a pretty interesting visual, and people were not short on jokes to go along with it. Say what you like about how ridiculous weddings can be, this is one extravagance that was 100% worth it.
