Home-sharing apps have gotten out of control. People saw the opportunity to get rich quickly with a ramshackle house in a decent area, and realized that they could flip an insane profit off the backs of their guests. Naturally, riding the coattails of the hard work of the guests staying in their house. Because when there’s a corner to cut, you better believe that landlord types will be taking advantage of it. 

Maybe I’ll never truly understand rich people’s entitlement, but it seems very out of pocket to ask a stranger to clean YOUR house after charging them a cleaning fee. Perhaps this host will learn a lesson after losing out on their supplemental income.
