When the torchbearer passes, she pulls out her concealed water gun and squirts point-blank at the Olympic flame as she cries ‘stop the games!’ and ‘end the Olympics!’ According to NHK, the protester wanted to send a message, believing it was irresponsible of the government to hold the games amid a pandemic.
