‘Me core’ or whatever you call the fact that you are insane but are good at hiding it

Maybe you are crazier than you thought, but you seem nice, so it’s fine!

We don’t realize when we are being crazy. Is not something that we can detect in ourselves, is more of something that you can figure out in other people, but not in yourself. Which is weird because if I can tell that someone else is off, then why can’t I notice it in myself? Am I being gaslighted by my own unconsciousness? Is it that my «pretending to be normal» is actually a pretty good act? I have no idea, but I do know that we are all crazy. Nobody is fully stable, ever. We all have that part of ourselves that is a little bit weird and off. But we pretend that it isn’t there because we don’t want other people to judge us.

But what would happen if we were all hiding some crazy aspect of our personality and then we saw it on somebody else? Would we judge them like we are supposed to? Or would we set the example of how we want us to be treated and be nice about it? Yes, we are all weird, you, me, everyone. The idea of «normal» is just that, a concept, not something that is true. Being different in that way is not something that should be judged, punished, or made fun of. We are people, and we have feelings. So instead of making each other feel bad about our differences, maybe be kind about them.

Is it really that hard to accept the fact that we aren’t all the same in every single way? We are pretty similar to each other, but of course we have our differences. Why would it be so hard to accept that? We are supposed to be different. It’s what makes us learn and grow in society. So embrace your weirdness. After all, we are all kinda weird. Being kinder can’t be that big of a deal. It’s actually really easy when you are a good person. Unfortunately, not everyone is.
