When was the last time you spent a nice afternoon under the sun and took some fresh air?

For me, it’s been way too long, I’m sure starting to need it, and I bet you need it too. The thing is, after the endless number of hours we all spend in front of the computer, the phone, the TV, and any technological appliances you can think of, we need to get out of the house and look at some sort of light that doesn’t leave us blind.

Seriously, lately, I’ve spent so much time inside that I’m starting to forget what trees look like. I also look pale. I can’t remember the last time I let the sun on my face (no, I didn’t sunbathe during the summer, so I never got to tan properly), and now that we’re getting into fall season, and not so sunny territory, by the time summer comes back around, I’ll look like little more than a ghost. Besides, having contact with nature, getting some fresh air, going to take a walk in the garden, and connecting with the outside world is good for us.

For all people who feel in desperate need of being in contact with nature, and for those who are still not sure if it’s their thing, here is a list of memes that will convince you to go out and touch some grass!
