Whether you tuned into the HBO premier of The Last of US (TLOU) because you’re a slut for HBO hype-shows or you’re a diehard, zombie-killing gamer, you were in for a pleasant surprise last Sunday night. With the unveiling of the long-awaited TV adaptation of one of the most controversial, beloved, and terrifying video games ever made, HBO made a splash and completely surprised a lot of skeptical fans. For many people, The Last of Us video game, which was first released in 2013, left people shaken, sharing a story (and gameplay) that gripped the hearts of millions and changed the course of the video game industry forever. Now, ten years later HBO absolutely crushed the series premier of the television version, sending Twitter into a tizzy. The premier gave way to a surge of post-apocalyptic DILF lovers who are all too ready to crap their pants when the main character, Hottie-McHottiepants Joel, meets some Clickers next week.
