Are you a fan of horror movies? Some love the intensity, but not me. I’m afraid of the dark, I genuinely hate being jumped scared, and I simply don’t see the appeal of subjecting myself to guaranteed nightmares. That being said, I am still a cinephile, and there is one subgenre of disturbing psychological horror that is currently thriving in theatres that intrigues me.
