Normally, when a couple chooses to have a «child-free» wedding, that generally hints at the obvious: please don’t bring your children to my wedding…It’s written in bold on the invitation, so we’re not quite sure how much clearer the message could’ve been. But it seems a few family members needed it written across one another’s forehead to understand the couple’s request, because clearly they did not think this rule applied to them.
This bride practically had steam coming out of her ears a few hours into her wedding day, after discovering that two of her family members had brought their kids, a 9-month-old baby and 3 children aged 9-12, despite openly stating their desire to have a wedding without any children present. However, they claim to have missed that part of the invitation and did not know that their children weren’t ‘welcome’…After the bride’s sister and wedding-day coordinator requested that they leave the wedding, you can imagine how that went down….
