There are many difficult parts to being a parent. By definition, being fully responsible for the trajectory of a young life is not a walk in the park. Many people with children are quick to complain that it can be a thankless task, and with good reason.

That being said, raising kids isn’t all doom and gloom. For one, children are pretty damn hilarious with some of the things that they come out with. Few adults can rival the curiosity and creativity of children, and most parents find this out quickly as soon as their kid begins to talk. 

These little people are natural born comedians, and this list of silly things that some of them have said is living proof. Even if you’d rather miss out on the whole procreating thing, you’ve got to appreciate that sometimes it has a few entertaining side effects. Kids really mess around with their words.
