People Bond Over Irrational Fear Of Opening Emails

While it may be true that most of us are glued to our devices whenever possible, that doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re good at engaging with them. Mindlessly scrolling through our social media of choice is one thing, but using your phone to attend to more serious matters? That’s a whole other ball game.

It appears to be a common problem that people find certain parts of their online experience anxiety-inducing, and it has been shown in a viral tweet by @chaykak. Joking about responding late to an email because of a fear of opening it, many related to the premise.
