I don’t trust somebody that has no secrets. I know that it’s important to share private personal details with your close family and friends, and I’m no stranger to being an oversharer. I will literally tell people I barely know the most horrifically embarrassing things that have ever happened to me without thinking twice about it. I think that most things that are at least a little bit funny are worth sharing with others. However, I do have some secrets that I am not letting go of for no other reason than I want to have some deeply personal things left. 

It’s difficult to write about the things I’m unwilling to tell others, but some people really have no problem with sharing their secrets anonymously. Posters on the subreddit r/askreddit shared some secrets they were unwilling to tell their spouses but were apparently cool with telling the whole internet.
