The computer is a magical thing that enables us to do all kinds of wild and wacky things we couldn’t otherwise, and makes previously arduous tasks a heck of a lot easier. At least, that is what is meant to happen. To be a programmer is to hold two points of view at once: access to computing is a privilege and almost like a form of magic, and it is also an (often incredibly frustrating) puzzle to be solved. 

Keeping both that determination and sense of wonder going can feel like a struggle at times, especially when you happen to be struggling with an annoying piece of code. Taking breaks is important, and what better way to do that than taking a look at a few memes about programming?
