If you’re early in your career, you might be more willing to let go of a job that’s fully remote because you want the chance to make connections in an office setting. Also, if you live in a city with a high cost of living, you might want to take advantage of any opportunity you have to increase your income. Depending on the economy, you might not have a choice but to stick with the job you’ve got because there are no other options out there.
