Sister demands sibling give their college fund to her daughter after they get a scholarship, sibling refuses, uses the money for housing and bills instead: ‘I have been saving up for years’

Ideally, we should all save money for different occasions in our lives. Whether it’s school, a car, a wedding, or a house, money is always going to be needed. The more you plan and save for different stages of life, the better.

If you save up money for one occasion, and you end up using it for something else, that is for you and only you to decide. Just because you may not need the money for the initial purpose doesn’t mean you don’t need it at all.

That is a reminder that the sister in the story below desperately needs.

Her parents never saved up any money for her sibling’s higher education, so the sibling did the smart thing and saved up for themselves. For six years, they worked odd jobs and saved every penny to afford going to college.
