Coordinating bridesmaid dresses for your bridal party is no small feat. I dread the day that I’m going to have to do it, because knowing me, I’ll want to do yellow or some other unflattering color as the theme, and will have to compromise so that all my friends don’t hate me. I have friends who I know will not want to wear a floor-length gown, no matter what color it is, to my wedding, and I am totally okay with that. The million-dollar question is «How can all of my bridesmaids coordinate, feel good about what they’re wearing, and do so without breaking the bank?» Achieving all of these things shouldn’t be impossible, especially if you’re communicating well with your bridesmaids and taking their input seriously. If you just throw an ugly dress at someone and expect them to like it because it’s your special day, you have another thing coming.
