We love to think about what we’d do if we won the lottery. Often it comes down to pretty simple things: clothes, houses, travel. Most of us would just get nicer versions of things we already have. Okay, maybe I’d buy a flamethrower and a hyperrealistic oil painting of my cat, but mostly I’d just get a nicer house, nicer clothes, and go to nicer restaurants. It’s hard to let our imaginations run too wild because we know the realities of living within our means. 

But the nice thing about this thread is that they’re thinking outside of the box, highlighting the things that you might not think of at first when you think of higher tax brackets.
