It’s a testament to the ridiculousness of the society that we live in that a great majority of white collar jobs sound utterly ridiculous out of context. Oh, you send emails for a living? Did you spend the entire day on Zoom calls the other week? Did you help maximize shareholder value all of last year?? For all that we have to take it seriously if we want to earn an income, it can seem like working life for many does not have that much of a point when we really sit down and think about it. This only gives you more reasons to crack some jokes, and to poke fun at the pointlessness with work memes.
