It’s no secret that since Twitter has been owned by Mr. Elon Musk, many of its users have not been happy. Even the most devoted of his fans have to agree that some of the things that have been implemented were not the best of decisions. It’s left many pondering the idea of a Twitter alternative, including the dude originally behind the app. Confusingly, Jack Dorsey was one of the biggest investor’s in Elon’s Twitter purchase, and now he’s decided to make a copy of the place. 

It’s currently invite-only, meaning that many of the clout-hungry netizens of the bird app are clamoring for access. However, behind it all Bluesky is apparently just like an older version of Twitter, with more limited features. Like, no DMs and no blocking system limited. Nonetheless, this hasn’t stopped people talking up a storm about it on its rival site. It’s kind of meta, when you think about it.
