If you’re a real Harry Potter stan, you know that today is a very special day. On this day 36 years ago, the original Boy Who Lived, Daniel Radcliffe, was born. I don’t know about y’all, but I don’t know if the new actor playing Harry will hold a candle to Radcliffe, even with his sometimes questionable acting during the first two films. He was the perfect kid to embody the titular character, and he’s gone on to have a great career since, winning a Tony award in 2024 and being nominated for an Emmy in 2023. He has overcome the low expectations of child actors and hasn’t completely ruined his life since taking on the huge responsibility of leading a franchise as a minor. Daniel Radcliffe is clearly a great guy, and if you don’t want him to have a happy birthday, then you don’t deserve these Harry Potter memes.
