There comes a point in the life of most people who have a hard time mentally where they realize that they’ve got to try and make a change. OK, so there are many points, and they don’t necessarily do anything about them every time. Eventually, though, an improvement has to be made, and often therapy is a big part of that. Coming face to face with yourself isn’t always a pleasant experience, but at least there is the humor of the internet to soften the blow. No man is an island!
