The meme format actually uses one of his videos – a video titled «British guy gets mad at new EU copyright law.» The image is from a moment where PolarSaurusRex utters the words «Wow, congrats, I don’t give a f*ck.» And as you can imagine, the sentiment has been very easily transferred to memes.
