TikTokers Get Roasted for Claiming That Black People Used to be Green

The human body is a wonder of natural engineering. The things that we already know it can do are amazing enough, and for all we know there could be countless other fascinating secrets buried in the DNA of all of us. However, it’s less of a wise idea to start chasing after theories that there aren’t any scientific proof for.

Social media was practically made for dubious, vibes-based theorizing, and this latest trend is no different in the levels of batsh*t that it brings to the table. This is the idea that people who are black did not historically have the same skin color, instead naturally leaning towards a hulk-like shade of green.

Once this conspiracy caught the attention of Twitter, it was no surprise that most reacted with disbelief that people considered this to be something that wasn’t just plausible, but an absolute truth. No matter what our ethnicity, none of us are made of chrolophyll.
