We are on the eve of a very special anniversary for LOTR fans, as Peter Jackson’s The Fellowship of the Ring turns 25 in a little over a week. It is no surprise that there are plans to celebrate this in style, with the extended editions of all three movies being brought back into theaters early next year.

Of course, no committed fan of Middle-earth will be passing up the opportunity to enjoy the movies that they love in the way in which they were meant to be seen, but they have to preoccupy themselves with other things in the meantime.
