There aren’t many common jobs out there that require quite as much effort as being a server. Having to multitask through busy shifts with often difficult customers is enough to stress out even the most level headed person — and as if that wasn’t enough, there’s the scramble for tips requiring a permanent smile throughout it all. 

Not only this, but the pandemic hasn’t helped with either job security or protecting the health of the nation’s hospitality workers.
