If you’ve ever worked from early in the morning to late at night every day for an extended period, you know that it drives you insane. If those hours are necessary during a quarterly «busy time,» I could understand that, but expecting every single one of your employees to go above and beyond every day for years is completely unrealistic. The CEO of a tech company recently went viral for emailing employees, demanding that they work from 8 AM-9 PM every Monday through Friday. I’m going to take a wild guess and say that this company might struggle with worker retention.
