How is it Monday again? The weekend lasted five minutes, and here we go again. Your inbox is full of unread messages, your calendar is full of meetings you don’t remember accepting, and a coworker has already asked you for a quick favor, which we truly hope is quick this time. 

By the time the workday begins, weekend mode hasn’t completely disappeared. Our minds are still on a wild Saturday night with friends or still remembering our peaceful Sunday afternoon. But now, you are sitting at your desk, and you have to find the courage to start the workweek. 

But before you tackle your workplace responsibilities of the day, your weekly Monday meeting of work memes is ready to begin. First things first. And by that I mean, please make yourself some coffee. Whether it comes from an expensive café, the office kitchen, or a mug large enough to require both hands, you are going to need it. Caffeine is the fuel you need before your shift starts. Otherwise, I doubt you’ll have enough energy to face the «Happy Monday!» messages from your coworkers before you have fully opened your eyes.

Thankfully, no actual PowerPoint presentation is required at this meeting. There will be no awkward introductions, no mandatory icebreakers or requests to share your screen. Attendance is optional, participation means scrolling, and snacks and coffee are strongly encouraged.
