The only thing that I enjoy more than a rainy Sunday is a thunderstorm on a Sunday. It’s not like I’m an introvert or anything like that, but I was born to enjoy every single aspect of life that calls for a cozy moment. It has nothing to do with the current season; I can make any moment of my day a cozy one… because it all depends on the ambience and how you prepare yourself for it. Let me explain.

Next time there’s a thunderstorm outside, you’ll gather the following things and follow my instructions so you can have the coziest and best afternoon of your day. It’s very simple, and all you need is a cozy couch, maybe a soft blanket if you have the temperature allows it, a cup of tea or coffee, and a pie in the oven. If the pie is too much, then a candle can do the trick. You will sit on the couch close to a window, and just drink your tea and watch how the drops fall.

It’s super simple, but I promise that it can create the best ambience ever, and you’ll feel the best.

I truly believe that thunderstorms were invented for us to enjoy and to relax. Is the perfect excuse to cancel any plans and to stay at home. It’s much needed to stay in from time to time, to recharge and to relax. Nowadays, our days and weeks are busy, so having an excuse to relax is what we need. Of course, it would be ideal if we could just stay at home and that’s it, but I understand that life is complicated and that there are things that need to get done.
