Like most good holidays, the Fourth of July is more about eating, drinking, and hanging out than it is about the actual reason behind the holiday. Sure, we’ll remember the Founding Fathers and whatever the heck they did, and wonder if there’s anything truly worth celebrating, but we’ll actually be too busy eating hamburgers and lighting things on fire to really think too hard about it.
