The hardest part of working out (by far) is getting up in the morning to do it. Unless you’re one of those brave people who can work out in the afternoon after work, in the evening, or even at night, odds are you’re waking up kinda early to go to the gym. You’re trying to get it in before work so it sets you up for a good day and you won’t have any excuse not to roll out of bed and go.
But setting that intention and making that reality are two very different things. You can go to sleep with visions of dumbells dancing in your head, and wake up concocting every excuse not to make it out of the door. You start thinking about how you really should have extra sleep instead. You complain that you don’t want to sweat because your hair looks really good that day. Anything will do.
