Going to the gym can require a lot of rigamarole. You have to go to bed early so you can wake up early, and pack a bag the night before with workout clothes, shoes, and toiletries. Then you have to get up, suit up in your gear, and commute to the gym all before you even get to start your workout. It’s a lot of steps, and I don’t always feel like a lot of steps.
That’s why some folks find a lot of success with working out at home. Maybe you don’t have a home gym, but you can get a yoga mat and a set of hand weights. You can wear yourself out with those things alone. And you’ve skipped all the steps of commuting to the gym. And you can work out in your pajamas because nobody is looking at you. Heck, you could even get your pump on in the buff if you wanted to.
