Yeah, I’ll say it. I went to the gym this morning (Brag Alert!) And it made me feel amazing. It’s really annoying how simple it is. I wish they weren’t right when they said that exercise is the key. Of course, it’s not the only key, you also need to be living a life you deem to be worth living in some other regards, but boy does exercise help. It literally takes the hurt away from your brain and temporarily into your muscles where it is soon exorcised and expelled from the body. Don’t look that up because you know it’s true. The more your body aches, the less your mind will.
What’s not simple, however, is remembering to pack your bag for the gym, getting to the gym, making sure your workout gear is clean, showering after the gym, and making sure you have a change of clothes for afterward.
