Good morning, sleepyhead! Depending on what coast you’re on, it could be 4 AM or 7 AM right now, and IMHO, that’s the prime time when night becomes day. I love this time of the year when the sun is the one to wake you up instead of the alarm clock, and you can wake up at 3 AM to swim, dunk your head in a bowl of ice water, and journal for two minutes. Being an early riser in the winter is no joke, and it often takes Daylight Savings Time to be willing to make your days as long as they look outside. 

For most of us, this transition from day to night isn’t about improving ourselves. It’s about scrolling on our phones while being half-awake and debating whether a morning shower is really worth it. If you’re in that supine position, these memes will pass the time while you decide.
