There’s nothing like taking the day to pamper yourself. Whether you’re going all out and getting a scrub down at a day spa or you’re slapping some cream on your face in the bathroom mirror, it’s important that you treat yourself every now and again. You put so much effort into your job, into your family, into your hobbies that it’s easy to forget yourself. You wake up feeling tired and drink an extra cup of coffee to compensate, neglecting to address the underlying problems.
