I love animals hanging out where they aren’t supposed to be. Here at Memebase, we have a small group of dogs who come to our office, and it’s such a joy to see them running around and having fun in an open-concept space. They have no sense that we’re churning out memes for the world to enjoy, and that we might not have all the time in the world to pet and love them. I’m not always the biggest fan of dogs in any business (I maintain that the woman who brought her Great Dane into the Apple Store the day my phone broke was doing it for attention and nothing else), but when I get to build a relationship with the animal, and they’re there for the right reasons, I’m all for puppies in the workplace. If you wish you could bring your dog anywhere, you can bring these animal memes wherever you’d like.
