Age gap relationships have been the subject of much discourse in recent years, with many offering a skeptical opinion of whether they are an arrangement that equally benefits both parties. One reason for this is the idea that if somebody gets into a relationship with somebody who is significantly older, they are doing it for financial gain. It’s a dynamic that may not be true of all age gap relationships, but it definitely exists.
In situations like these, it’s almost inevitable that there are going to be family members who don’t approve. Differing ages always come with some controversy, and that is amped up if there is money involved. So long as the people in the relationship are happy, that should be all that matters, but that doesn’t stop the concern (or judgment) of loved ones. It is often a part of the deal when these kinds of relationships happen.
