40+ of the Freshest and Funniest Tweets of the Week (July 13, 2024)

Now that Twitter has hidden the option to view other people’s likes, we will forever be in the dark about what our friends are up to. I used to troll my friends’ likes all the live long day, getting an up close and personal insight into their senses of humor and what they find important. It’s a beautifully intimate way to know more about somebody. Conversely, I guess that it’s kind of invasive for a stranger to do to you. I don’t want just anyone to know how much I enjoy pun-based jokes or how many Sabrina Carpenter-related tweets I look at.

So maybe it’s a good thing that they got rid of them. I know a certain Texas senator is glad they got rid of that feature. But you don’t need your friends’ likes to have a good time. We’ve got you covered right here with some funny and fresh tweets that’ll leave you wanting more
