I admire people who have a five-year plan. I can’t even plan my weekend. I usually try to decide what to have for dinner while remembering three other things I was supposed to do yesterday. Life doesn’t come with a set of instructions, but I’m trying to live life the way that I can. Have you found yours? 

Having a messy schedule doesn’t prevent me from giving advice, though. I can explain to my friend how exactly he should handle his problems while my own situation quietly catches fire in the background. People always say «get more sleep», «drink water», «spend less time online», okay. I got you. But it’s always easier said than done. I still try to embrace healthier habits, but if a friend sends me a reel at 1 a.m., I’ll watch it and keep scrolling until late hours of the night.

We live in a world where time is our most precious thing, and we sometimes give it away like it’s some kind of charity. Being self-aware is useful for dealing with this. Sometimes the healthiest available response to a problem is going for a walk, listening to music, talking about it with a friend, or spending quality time with your partner. Those are the moments worth spending our time in. But we can’t always do that. 

So this is an open invitation for everyone willing to reflect on themselves. Sometimes we face serious problems, but other times we make them bigger than they actually are. A minor inconvenience can become a personal betrayal if you overthink it too much. Trying to choose peace and not engage in something negative is always a good decision. It’s not always easy, but if you can question yourself, then maybe you can do it.
